Fascial Release
Fascial release is a therapeutic technique that focuses on releasing tension and restrictions in the fascia, a connective tissue that envelops muscles, bones, and organs. Trauma often causes the fascia to become tight and restricted, leading to discomfort and limited mobility. Fascial release can help the body let go of stored trauma, promote relaxation, and restore balance. Additionally, the release of physical tension in the fascia can also contribute to the release of emotional tension, aiding in the overall healing process.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue is intended for aiding muscle recovery, pain, and improve stiffness. Firm, slow strokes are applied to reach deeper into the muscle. Conditions such as low back pain, limited mobility, postural problems, muscle tension in legs and or upper back would greatly benefit from deep tissue. This is an intense pressure massage.

Swedish-Wellness
The swedish-wellness massage includes soft, long kneading strokes, as well as light rhythmic manipulation on the most superficial layer of muscles. Relieves muscle tension and achey joints. The intent is to move the blood back to the heart to increase blood flow, immunity, promote mental well being and relaxation.

Prenatal and Postpartum Therapy
Prenatal massages are a relaxing way to enjoy pregnancy by reducing stress, muscle tension/pain, and increase overall health. Massage will help you relax by relieving insomnia, joint pain, neck and back pain, leg cramping, and sciatica related pain or tension.
